During the current crisis, we are carefully taking all necessary precautions as recommended by WHO and local authorities. Nevertheless, our online store operates at full capacity. Can my order still be shipped and delivered?
Yes. The current travel bans and restrictions in place only affect the movement of humans, not the movement of parcels. All our global delivery partners are currently operating as usual, with occasional slight delays.
Can COVID-19 spread through packages?
To date, the WHO has stated that it is safe to receive packages from any area, even those where COVID-19 has been reported. There is very low risk of coronavirus spreading through cargo due to packages being shipped at ambient temperatures over periods of days, or even weeks.
We aim to maintain a high standard of quality with all of our products. If on the occasion one of our quality checks have missed a thread or significant error in the quality of any of our products, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your product and we'll make it right. Prepare photos/video and a brief explanation of the issue you're having when you reach out to us at email@example.com. Note, all returns and exchanges are subject to our approval.
Our shipping estimates will be presented when placing your order at the check-out stage. Upon purchase, we'll provide your tracking number(s) once your product(s) have been scheduled for shipment.
International clients are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by customs.
If you'd like to return your product, the general return period is 30 days. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, reason for return and relevant photos. Please note that all of our products are limited release.
In the likely event that an item is sold out at the time of your verified return, understand that we do not restock any particular product.
